Eddy for the Win!

What are the best aspects of this product?

Clean, intuitive user-interface that is robust in its features as well as saving us time and money with our HR process. We have saved a lot of money with changing over to Eddy because it can do everything that we need from hiring, onboarding to people management. We no longer have to spend extra time logging into Glassdoor and Indeed to talk to our candidates, it is built into Eddy. I have been able to save more time because of the candidate pipeline which I can customize for each job position. I have been able to take notes about the different candidates and even assign different ratings using emojis which has been super fun. Everything I need it right at my fingertips!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It took me a little to integrate all my past information into Eddy because they don't have an auto-integrate feature.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would love to see the addition of training and certificates. I know that there are customizable fields in the company directory for each individual employee, but it would be nice to give them training through Eddy.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We would spend so much money on Indeed and Glassdoor and would get stuck trying to contact the people. It was frustrating that some people would apply through both sites and then we had to pay extra for one candidate. With Eddy, we were able to build our own company page and use those same listings for Indeed and Glassdoor. We saved time and money which is much needed because my team is spread thin.
