PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The recruiting is so easy to use and saves so much time. I love the drag and drop feature between the different stages of the interview process. This software is very team based and is easy to communicate between one another on candidates.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Having the ability to request multiple signatures on documents instead of just one person would make the onboarding process just that much easier.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would love to be able to add task lists that deal with the internal onboarding and offboarding done by HR. Also having a company calendar for events that link to people's work calendars.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This product allows us to keep all of our HR processes and information in one place. We were also able to have the whole hiring team involved on each candidate with the tagging, emoji, and commenting features.

Why did you decide to change it?

The design of Eddy looks way more appealing and easy to use without even using it yet. Eddy has more features that included more than the recruiting side. We wanted just one universal software that would have recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, PTO tracking, documents, etc.

Are you satisfied with the change?

We are very satisfied with our choice. We've had no issues and has been worth using and switching even with not all the Eddy features being rolled out yet.
