What are the best aspects of this product?

It features a simple but robust user interface. This app also makes RTBIM editing a lot easier.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It lacks some tweaks on the grid. For example, it doesn’t allow me to use personally preferred colors. This somehow affects the visibility of grids.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This app is useful in my profession. That is why I’m trying to have a better grasp over it, so I can give proper guide and support to new users.
