What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that I can follow class discussions wherever I am. I'm also impressed that it allows parents to be part of the group to see what their kids are learning at school.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I haven't encountered any issues with Edmodo.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can still raise followup questions and clarifications to professors even if I were already home when I came up with them.
