It's like Facebook, only that posts revolve around assignments, projects, quizzes, announcements, and other school stuff.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's excellent, I can't find a fault.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Edmodo showed that the virtual world is a great environment for students to learn. I hope its use can be more widespread in different educational institutions in the near future.
