What are the best aspects of this product?

I don\'t know. I can\'t use the product. They\'re misleading website made me think I was getting the online version, but really it was just the desktop version.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would strongly discourage colleagues from using this product due to the deceptive sales practices and refusal to make things right by offering a refund. I didn\'t have the product for more than 24 hours before contacting the company. They firmly refused to offer any kind of solution. It was very disappointing.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would strongly encourage people looking for software in this area to consider Edraw\'s competition. SketchUp\'s and MS\'s websites clearly stated what I would and would not be getting when purchasing their product. This was in stark contract to Edraw which gave the impression Edraw was both a desktop and online solution packaged together.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

When I discovered I didn\'t get what I thought I had bought, I immediately contacted support. This is less than 24 hours after the purchase. I explained that the website gave the impression the online version of the software was included in the purchase price. She said it wasn\'t, which of course I already knew at that point. She refused to give me a refund so now I have software I can\'t access online.
