What are the best aspects of this product?

I'm happy to know that I have the freedom to learn. I get to know which courses to study. I have teh ability to know when and how long I want to study. It's convenient and flexible in doing the modules.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Somewhere along the way, I wind up with poor quality videos. I saw these in some parts of the course that I was in. Nevertheless, the training was done properly. It would be great if the quality of all videos improved significantly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to benefit the right knowledge needed. That's what's important in enhancing my career. I get to that without putting too much effort on myself. The course in itself helped me learn new stuff with my current job prospect.
