What are the best aspects of this product?

I'm a long time loyal customer of Elastic Email, and it has never failed me. Gets the job done faster than manual emails that take endless hours to accomplish. I have been getting exceptional results when being paired with multiple software.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'm so happy to be continuously working with Elastic Email to help us promote our products extensively. However, it has only one login, which prevents the app from being used by multiple users to manage the existing workload and traffic.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Using this platform is more convenient than other platforms. I can easily access hundreds of emails in my inbox and send out fast replies to those who expressed their interest in what we have to offer.
