One of the main reasons I got attracted to Elastic Email is the low monthly rates. I’m not going to lie about that because I’m the type of person who would like to maximize my current resources down to the last cent. Aside from the cost, I also consider the functionality of the platform. The good thing about Elastic is that it gives us the freehand to design the materials that we want our customers to see and read. Yes, the templates were very helpful, but I prefer the customization of newsletters most of the time. Plus, the analytics are reported in real-time with high accuracy rates, so there’s nothing more that I could ask for.

I’m loving Its built-in features plus the benefits that I’m getting out of the product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Overall my team and I would like to give this product a four-star review. It may have its flaws, but I would like to focus more on its benefits and how it makes our lives easier. There is no need to spend hours creating drafts for our marketing content because Elastic allows you to create several ones on the spot. The one thing that we hate most is the version control, so hopefully, the executives behind Elastic would do something about the issue.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Elastic Email allowed us to explore our creative side by creating wonderful newsletters that can convince people to check out what we have in store for them. You can personalize each Email according to your taste or preference. We do this a lot to suit the target market that we would like to deal with—also making sure that people will take time to see it and not auto-delete it.
