What are the best aspects of this product?

It took some time for our team to search for a product that can help us deliver thousands of emails on a given day. Some of the products are good enough, but we can’t afford to splurge much on email campaigns. We are glad that someone told us how Elastic Email works and how flexible it is. I would say the product itself is quite competitive in terms of features, output, and analytics. Plus, it has been tried and tested in the market, so the issues are not that serious anymore.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You need to work fast because your work may be compromised if the system stars updating while you are in the middle of doing something. It isn’t easy to retrieve the last file that you’re working on, so a little heads up on their end will be very much appreciated.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to enhance the look of our newsletters using the available templates.
