What are the best aspects of this product?

Using Elastic Email as one of our main partners in marketing has been very beneficial for our company. For the price, I can say its features and results are almost the same as other platforms that do the same job of sending bulk emails effectively to our clients. Based on the reports, I can say that most people receive newsletters straight to their Inbox, which they pay attention to most of the time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The site builder can be buggy and slow at certain times, which causes us a few pretty manageable setbacks. I hope that their system upgrades won't cause too much hassle on the user's end. There are times that I had to call someone from support to help us find the actual newsletter that we have been working on.

It helped us launch hundreds of email campaigns that contributed to the overall success of our company. Trough Elastic Email, we were able to meet new clients and retain most of them as the years went by.
