What are the best aspects of this product?

The user interface is very easy to figure out. I Didn't need any assistance in launching different email campaigns because things are quite easy to figure out. I love that it's able to send lots of newsletters each day.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'm wondering if all of our recipients are getting the emails that we're sending. The app can sometimes work slow to the point that we have to call support for assistance.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I don't consider Elastic Email as the perfect email marketing platform that currently exists. But for the amount we're paying each month, I can say that it's worth every penny. The features are very much in handy to ensure that we are on the right track in getting more clients.
