What are the best aspects of this product?
One of the reasons we decided to shift to Elastic Email is that our previous email platform took too much of our budget. We have hit a rough patch for several months; that is why we have to consider spending all of our earnings wisely. A friend of mine mentioned all about Elastic Email and told me to do some research on the product. I was so curious and excited that I grabbed the free trial offer right away. True to what she said, the performance of Elastic Email was beyond my expectations. The platform is so user friendly that it doesn’t take a genius to figure out how to run campaigns and use the pre-made templates to create attractive campaign materials. As for the rates, I started with the most basic plan that I could afford, and then I upgraded later on. Still, with the features we’re getting, I realized that this product gives their clients real value for their hard earned money.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We have to deal with multiple error messages and system issues. It can affect our productive hours, but not for long. Luckily Elastic Email support team is good at resolving complex issues.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We have been using Elastic Email to deliver thousands of newsletters to all of our subscribers. It’s effortless and effective without worrying about going beyond what you can afford to pay. It smoothly works when being integrated with other software.
