What are the best aspects of this product?

As for the rates, I started with the most basic plan that I could afford, and then I upgraded later on. Still, with the features we’re getting, I realized that this product gives their clients real value for their hard earned money.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have to deal with multiple error messages and system issues. It can affect our productive hours, but not for long. Luckily Elastic Email support team is good at resolving complex issues.

We have been using Elastic Email to deliver thousands of newsletters to all of our subscribers. It’s effortless and effective without worrying about going beyond what you can afford to pay. It smoothly works when being integrated with other software.
