PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Best aspects would include cost savings on the development side as now you don't have to write the code nor you have to go back and do it again every 3 months when Facebook changes its API. You get that from EmbedReviews and is as easy as it would be using simple copy/paste function. Other cool features include the amazing level of customization you can use as well as the superb customer support available 24/7.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be nice if we had support in more local languages. We are based in Japan and having a platform with Japanese language support would make the transition for some of our employees that lack English language skills, much easier.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

we would like to see this integrated with other popular third-party review generators such as Amazon Reviews, Google Reviews etc.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have a lot of customers for which we are managing their social media presence. A lot of them do have their own corporate websites through which they sell some of their products. We use EmbedReviews to increase our trust among our users/customers as a testament of a company focused on delivering superb service. We like to think that having reviews embedded on a website represent a significant boost for the legitimacy of a business. Before EmbedReviews we had to work hard and customize this feature for each client separately. Luckily those days are history. We can do the same job with a few clicks, saves us tons of money and time.
