What are the best aspects of this product?

I liked the software's reminders and notification. Its user-interface was also very good. The website tracking tool, in particular, was fantastic as it was able to track all the sites visited accurately and based on it showed me a graph of each individual. Its dashboard was also fairly informative, it has all the essential tabs that helped me to get an overview.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The windows version software was somewhat slow. The main problem occurred when the system was doing some heavy task and it was taking a screenshot. It slowed the whole system down and sometimes completely froze the system.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The feature that I would like to see in future version is project tracking.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With the help of this software I was able to track my staff's activity better and improve workflow of the company. As I implemented the software, I saw employees becoming more accountable in their work.
