What are the best aspects of this product?

EmpMonitor provided us with accurate numbers. There's no more wondering who's working and who's merely online.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes the idle time counts browser previews as idle, which is misleading.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Client dashboards are used to demonstrate work progress transparently.
