What are the best aspects of this product?

The automated screenshots and user graphs are very apt. The keystrokes have helped us maintain decorum in our premises as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The screen freezes at times. Although it's not frequent but yet annoying.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Waiting for the payroll and billing feature.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to track and maintain a consistent pace of work among our new staff whom we hired during the lockdown. And it was easy to be vigilant and fair when it came to increments this year.
