What are the best aspects of this product?

For an Entrepreneur like me, this app is very helpful as it helps me to keep an eye on productivity of my fellow mates and implement the necessary changes. It also helps me to communicate with my colleagues with in the app, which makes connectivity secure and easy.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only thing that needs improvement is the task management feature. This feature needs some improvement as it lacks fluency, sometime it just doesn't syncs the work done by the employees.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The feature that I missed the most in this software was the billing feature. I think that should be included in the next update.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As a startup business, I really find the free trial version of this app helpful. As it provided a free trial of 30 days which really helped me decide whether it is appropriate for my work or not.
