What are the best aspects of this product?

The best aspects of the software is that I can fluently track all the work done by my employees. I can also see the websites they have visited and apps they have used. EmpMonitor dashboard is really informative too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The thing that was problematic for me was app tracking feature. It sometimes didn't showed the accurate data and sometimes didn't track appropriately.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Remote tracking is the feature that I would like to see in its future version, along with the app tracking feature bug fixes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I was able to track and monitor the staffs productivity and activities. Using it I was able to establish a better workflow in my office.
