What are the best aspects of this product?
Enablon is one of those tools that does its job well without unnecessary complications. It's very simple and straightforward. Plus, one of the best things about Enablon is that I always get options, be it for the templates for reports or the personalization of the dashboard. This much attention to personalization is always welcome when it comes to working with this kind of program. I love how it is available on mobile too. I can easily QA stuff on-the-go, and employees can continue working on their reports even when they are out on the field. This, alongside its ability to be all-inclusive, has increased my productivity levels. I have significantly trimmed down the time I usually spend on creating presentations. To top it all off, they have a very competent support team backing up their operations too. They always know how to help you out
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The only downside to this program is its cost. Although we do well for ourselves in the company, the cost of Enablon still adds up to a whopping amount in a year. We have made sure to maximize the uses of this program, however, we can't keep but consider other solutions that might cost us just a fraction of what we currently pay Enablon.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I use Enablon to make sure that all incident reports are taken cared of and addressed. This goes beyond just collating all the reports but taking actionable items to make sure that they are looked into as well. QA-ing and creating the documents needed for the company are much easier tasks when I use this program too.
