What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We should not be having any issues when it comes to app and data integration when using Enalyzer. However, for the last six months, we have been continually experiencing this issue, causing our staff to feel frustrated on certain days. Instead of automatically exporting/importing data from the source to Enalyzer, we have to resort to a manual configuration that takes longer to accomplish. We also experience the same problem with our performance reports, so we brought this up to the support team. Hopefully, things would be much better in the upcoming months.
