What are the best aspects of this product?
Our company has been utilizing different survey tools to gather relevant feedback and data on how we can keep on improving our services. We’ve used about 3-4 platforms, but we didn’t get as much information as compared to using Enalyzer. I like how they arrange and format each question so that we could get more answers that we could use to improve or fix things. It makes it easier for us to compile all this information and further analyze them before coming up with a new set of solutions or action plans. I always look forward to launching a new collection of surveys every 15 days and patiently wait for its results to populate. The entire platform is easy to use; that is why a lot of people enjoy using it.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I can say that Enalyzer is such a big help for us, but it doesn't mean that it's perfect because it also comes along with some flaws that can affect the results of the surveys. I was hoping that they can find a smarter solution on how to permanently get rid of all the error messages that occasionally pops up the screen. The reporting feature is a little bit challenging to work with nowadays because some of the data are not readily available on the portal. Some data are entirely redundant, and survey optimization is highly recommended to ensure that all the results showing on the reports are very much accurate.

this product?
Enalyzer may not work perfectly on our end, but I can say that it has a lot of potentials to surpass other survey apps in the market as long as they keep working hard to improve on some things. The features are quite easy to understand and execute from a users perspective; that is why it's very in-demand with many companies nowadays. Enalyzer has played a significant role in our surveys, and we so appreciate all the feedback we are getting from clients and employees. That is why we, as an organization, continue to strive hard to make follow-ups and resolve any issues we have to keep everyone happy.
