Enalyzer has one of the best-designed user interfaces amongst any other platforms that I've used before. Plus the price is not that expensive, which makes it more attractive to small and medium-scale organizations.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing to dislike with Enalyzer. I've tried the free version, and the results are quite impressive. Plus do not disregard the fact that it allows a lot of individuals to access the platform at the same time, which makes it advantageous to use. All you need to do is wait for all the surveys to be filled up, and the results will be automatically tallied for your convenience.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

There is no need for face to face interaction with the respondent when you are trying to collect data. This opens doors for errors and possible manipulation, which defeats the purpose of launching a survey. With Enalyzer, you are assured that all the data that you will collect is accurate and detailed.
