PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I found Encyro while specifically looking for
(a) an e-sign solution
(b) that offered (ID verification
(c) using KBA via SMS
(d) that met all IRS e-signature requirements
(e) that provided responsive, non-automated customer support (preferably US based)
(f) all at a reasonable price.
(g) with a free trial that wasn't going to hit my credit card the moment the trial was over.

Crypto met and exceeded all of the above requirements, at a truly substantial cost savings over what my previous e-sign providers (DocuSign and Adobe) had been charging me.

Plus Encrypto included secure encrypted uploading, downloading, and storage of documents in its service, which I was paying another provider to do at a cost much higher than what I am being charged by Encrypto for all of its ID verified e-signing and its encrypted document uploading, downloading, and storage services combined.

AND THERE'S STILL MORE! While I was testing the service (before I even subscribed), I offered a suggestion regarding the e-signature audit trail information to their customer support team via email at 11:00pm and within 50 minutes I had an emailed response from a real live human being that was actually responsive to my inquiry (not a bot generated off-topic auto response like DocuSign and Adobe force their customers to endure). AND within 13 hours from my first contact with them I received a second email informing me that my suggestion had been presented to their engineering team who thought it was a good idea and would implement it "soon". AND 2 hours later my idea had been implemented and was already live! When was the last time you made a suggestion to a software company that was actually considered and implemented ever, much less being considered and implemented within 24 hours?

AWESOME product, awesome pricing, awesome customer service!


What aspects are problematic or could work better?

To date I've not had problems with the servie.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Encrypto is a less mature product than DocuSign and the Adobe e-sign products, and I've been told via emails with their customer support team that they are working on implementing some of the extra bells and whistles that Encrypto does not have yet. At this time Encrypto is a solid product that does what most businesses would need an e-signature provider to do.

I'm not sure that there is another product out there that meets all of those qualifications. These may not all be on your list of requirements, but my research indicated that Encrypto offers way more bang for your dollar than other legitimate and professional providers of these services.
