What are the best aspects of this product?
I am very pleased with Epos Now's support team. I never have to wait for more than a day whenever we have any questions. Epos' system is also exquisite when it comes to tracking our clients. I can personally send them messages regarding their credit accounts. It is also very easy to learn how to use Epos Now.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Product updates can be hard, but then again, it's easily resolved by their customer service.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It gave us spare time to accomplish other tasks as we don't have to spend most of our time taking records.
