What are the best aspects of this product?

ERPAG has a very good support team. If they were not able to fix the problem while on call, they make sure to fix it overnight. They also update the system according to our needs as our users. Furthermore, it easily syncs with our accounting software. It is also very easy to recover data and make reports using ERPAG. Our old software was not able to do this for us. We are very pleased with ERPAG's overall performance.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have nothing to dislike about it. On the contrary, we wish we found it sooner.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It was able to integrate seamlessly into our system. We can retrieve all needed data on google drive.
