What are the best aspects of this product?

ERPNext gave us many things to be happy about. It allowed us to backup our database locally. It also gave us flexible deployment and great customization tools. Furthermore, the customer service is exquisite.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The system can be limiting. Some features, when we first tested it, were not present as advertised.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Very easy to use and the price saved us a great deal of money.
