ERPNext has a good support system. It is backed by a community who will truly help you. To add to this, it is free; it is easy to use, and it allows customization.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Documentation, especially the frappe framework, should be improved. New features should also be added to keep up to date with other systems.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This system helped increased our efficiency as a team as we were able to access the information we need readily. Our customer satisfaction also increased.
