What are the best aspects of this product?
First of all, I now have electronic documents and don’t have to store hard copies or worry about them getting lost. Clients say it is very easy.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
No issues with the clients side, that work flawlessly. On my side, just that it is new to me and I’m not one to read instructions and a computer guy. But Setup was very simple after watching a few videos. Worked with customer service on a few questions I have and very good.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
It really has all the features I need and would want for a small business.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Need to scan contracts to save digitally in case of loss. Have 9 years of contracts, but this a WAY cheaper than me wasting time scanning. And signatures are probably much better if court was ever needed.
