What are the best aspects of this product?
This product is easy to download and install without any threat to the system. It is easy to use and works well with all versions of IBM Lotus Notes. The performance is fast and thus it is efficient and reliable to use this product.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing major. Basically, it is perfect.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Faster speed.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I facing problem in accessing data due to synchronization error. I was worried about the information which is stored in the IBM Lotus Notes database. I used this tool to convert NSF files into PST but it claims to convert NSF files into other file formats. Also as the PST files were large in size, it helped me to split that PST file into smaller PST files.
