What are the best aspects of this product?

Arc-Gis gives us the ability to develop our very own geospatial mapping system. This helps us determine the number of students that we expect to be part of our school system each year. It gives us a specific amount of data that aids us in forecasting, planning, and implementation. Meanwhile, we use convex polygons to help us determine our outliers so we can create corresponding action plans as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The platform looks and feels too complicated for my liking. A lot of employees have been using this platform for quite some time, but most of them are still intimidated by it. I'm hoping that I can have the opportunity to join in some forums or training so I can make use of the platform to make better and more effective decisions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can get all the necessary data to help us deal with our day to day issues. Now we feel more confident that our decisions are based on hard facts and carefully compiled geospatial data. We can easily find the right answers that we are looking for.
