What are the best aspects of this product?

It's not the easiest to use mapping software available. Still, it serves its purpose in terms of mapping, analytics, costing, and even revenue. ArcGIS utilizes advanced features that help us find all the essential information that we are looking for before we decide if we should push through with our projects or not. We were able to utilize the tool for several of our watershed and irrigation projects across various farmlands in the country.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They should do something to improve the interface of their actual application because it looks confusing, and users like me end up feeling overwhelmed. It would be nice if they can make some adjustments or simplify the interface so we can get our job done faster. It took us some time to be familiar with the system, but aside from that, there is nothing more for me to complain about.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Spatial analysis is essential to almost 95% of our projects. That is why we rely on ArcGIS to help us get the job done by giving us accurate geo-mapping results. The success of our projects rely on statistics, data that are derived through this particular platform.
