What are the best aspects of this product?

I am happy that I learned about ArcGIS because it has stepped up my game as an educator. Using this application has taught me modern learning methods that would engage my students to participate in my classes. My students became more interested in our class discussions, and they love learning more about maps and what goes on behind it. I am looking forward to implementing the use of ArcGIS in all of my classes and encourage students to use this app for their projects and research.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is impossible to learn the application in just one sitting. You need to give yourself some time to be familiar with all the features. If you are not familiar with geo-mapping apps, you will find this platform intimidating. But if you look at the bright side, ArcGIS comes with a lot of advantages that you can use to make learning fun, more natural and more engaging.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We got rid of the actual maps because everything is now paperless. Teaching Geography and history is far more interesting because ArcGIS allows students to explore different types of maps.
