What are the best aspects of this product?

We rely on geospatial data when conducting research and deep-dive analysis for our maintenance activities and ongoing projects for the city. There is no need to undergo a gruesome process of retrieving and information and quantitative data because ArcGIS can give you all of these in no time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some of the versions are quite slow and cumbersome as compared to others. I want to point out that we are currently using ver 10.6.1, and it takes us some time to retrieve data. There are scenarios where the system would hand for a few minutes that resets your tasks back to square one.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It allows us to see through complex layers and make the necessary changes. We can identify, filter, segregate and apply specific markings on properties, making it easier for us to send comprehensive reports and statistics that can be used for further studies.
