ArcGIS is one of the best planning, mapping and forecasting software all rolled into one.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It took us a while to search for the perfect GIS platform that we can work with. We tried several of them, but we weren't satisfied with the results. We rely on ArcGIS to give us relevant details that would assist is in planning all of our projects and make sure that we are on the right track.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The price is something that made us think not just twice but thrice before availing the software. It does not come cheap, but if you'll consider what happens with the package, then it is worth it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Project planning, development and implementation are being done seamlessly. Less stress because you have all the things that you need to know right in front of you. ArcGIS is a beneficial software that every mid to large scare companies should have. Plus their tech team is so awesome that they'll always be there when you need help.
