Data analytics has never been made easier and more comprehensive through ArcGIS.

What are the best aspects of this product?

We were looking for a tool that can give us accurate geographical analysis as well as complete demographics and actual data analysis that would be useful for our future project planning and business strategies. We are aware that it is not that easy to find an all in one software that can do so many things for our entire organization. We have tried several geo-mapping apps, but all of them did not meet nor exceed our expectations except for ArcGIS. In terms of speed, accuracy, adaptability and flexibility, you can indeed rely on ArcGIS to get your much-awaited data in just a matter of time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t consider myself an expert when it comes to mapping and data analytics. That is why I find it challenging to use the software without asking for help from some of my colleagues. I would appreciate it if they could find ways to make things easier for users like me. Another issue is the cost of the software license doesn’t come cheap. Some people can’t afford it, and they may consider switching to other cost-efficient GIS providers or look for better alternatives instead.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I believe that ArcGIS is not just any other ordinary software that’s available in the market. I mainly use it for data research, mapping purposes and in preparation for our major infrastructure and water supply projects. It plays a significant role in terms of importation and distribution of some of the primary materials meant for manufacturing and distribution. With the help of ArcGIS, I was able to do my research and present my data to all stakeholders.
