What are the best aspects of this product?

As part of the research team, I need to use platforms that can deliver specific and accurate data for future use. I primarily rely on ArcGIS when it comes to conducting spatial analysis and creating geo maps from scratch. Using a modern GIS platform makes me feel confident that I am doing my job correctly. If it’s your first time using this platform, then you should welcome it with open arms. You’ll be surprised to find out that there are a lot of things its capable of doing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are quite a lot of free mapping programs that are made available to the public. In my honest opinion if ArcGIS wants to gain more loyal clients, then they should come up with a strategy to make their pricing more affordable. Since they charge higher than their competitors, they should improve their user experience by eliminating bugs and system issues which affects the majority of the people’s workflow.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The quality of my research has improved significantly. My maps are more accurate, and they look more realistic, which a lot of people do appreciate. I was able to produce more reliable data because I decided to upgrade some of my research methods which worked to my advantage.
