What are the best aspects of this product?

A lot of businesses or entrepreneurs do not take spatial analysis and data science very seriously. This is because they don’t realize its importance in terms of making significant decisions and their impact on the majority. I am thankful that our organization takes pride in utilizing ArcGIS as its primary platform in data collection and analysis and making it accessible to a large number of people. All of the essential information that you need to make a decision is right before your fingertips.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am looking forward to seeing some upgrades in terms of features and functions soon. It would be a great idea to improve their mapping device by incorporating HD or 3D images into their system. In terms of data integration and analysis, I am hoping that they can come up with ways to promote consistency at all times.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to make improvements in old and damaged sewers. Established flood control measures in various locations by building more water storage facilities that will be well utilized during the rainy season. Through the help of geo-mapping, we were able to make infrastructures at the right location. Funds were allocated accordingly, and we were able to meet the specific timelines that were set for each project. Thanks to all the data analysis that was provided by the ArcGIS mapping platform.
