What are the best aspects of this product?

My team has been using ArcGIS for quite some time already. We use this for creating or building maps and adding specific data that are utilized for further studies. We need to have a reliable data source before we come up with projects or making decisions that can make an impact on the community and the people living within.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Coding issues are quite common that sometimes affect the functionality of the entire software. It's not as smooth as we expect it to be and something needs to be done about it. We reported these issues to the tech team and they're doing their best to make things better for us. There are free GIS software that has the same function so if they don't fix their issues people might consider looking for better alternatives.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Spatial analysis is now being done at a faster rate. We can see any discrepancies, changes, or updates by pulling up the necessary information. We use it to create maps, create links, and compare data and record information that is all integrated into one single software.
