It allows us to control the permissions for and oversee the activities of each user account. It also allows us to create a household relationship.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have tried other similar products and this one works best for us. We love how simple its reporting features are. We would love to see additional capabilities for handling more complex reports.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is a good tool for managing donations.
