What are the best aspects of this product?

Blackbaud eTapestry offers a way to store and access data online. Their platform is customizable and easy to use given the learning materials they provide. They also have a community that is very helpful and provides additional support when we encounter issues or have questions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some of Blackbaud's software offers more options for customization than this one. This is ideal for SMEs but I doubt it would work as well for bigger organizations.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Using this cloud-based software comes with a lot of benefits. It has an AddressFinder feature and a Wealth Rating service which both make it easier for us to reach out to good prospects. Its reporting and querying features are also excellent. eTapestry has served our needs for managing donors well, but right now we're looking into using another software from Blackbaud. We're aiming for one that is more customizable and user-friendly.
