What are the best aspects of this product?

We love this software's report builder. We are trying to get the most out of all its features and have acquired the training necessary to be able to navigate it with ease. When we have concerns, we reach out to their support team. They are very responsive and helpful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be nice if they would make all the software's features available for free. We would also benefit from getting access to the software's learning materials. It would help a lot with transitioning to using this software.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are better organized with Blackbaud eTapestry. It allows us to easily view the information we need to get our work done faster. We can access the profiles and status of donors and focus on the ones that are more capable and willing to give to our organization.
