Blackbaud eTapestry is a user-friendly and well-designed software that helps organizations identify who among their donor list will make the highest contributions. We love that we don't need technical expertise to be able to benefit from its many functionalities.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We hope they would provide users with better instructional and learning resources. This would help us get the most out of using their software.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this for storing and organizing donor profiles. It helps us stay in touch with donors and determine which of them is likely to give the most to our organization. We have been able to simplify our processes and provide better services to our customers, thanks to eTapestry.
