What are the best aspects of this product?

eTapestry has a friendly interface and comes with informative resources regarding product use. It allows us to create campaigns and connect with more donors. It also allows us to send acknowledgment letters. Overall, it is an excellent software for nonprofit organizations.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We think the software's load time needs to be improved. We also think it would be great if they would add a social media integration feature.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to gather both monetary and non-monetary donations for our beneficiaries using this software.
