Designing and creating scripts for work are now easier than ever, thanks to this lightweight but very robust program.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It takes a while for some upgrades to be implemented. Some features could be better-supported too, in my opinion.

Most of our processes go through this program now—from submitting products for review to addressing complaints as they come along.
