The amount of modification-freedom that this program gives us is second to none. It’s truly impressive.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Learning your way around this program can take quite some time, and requires quite a bit of patience. But, I’m hopeful that things will be simpler in the next update.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We’ve significantly reduced the time that it takes for us to complete recurring tasks. And because our processes are now done online, we no longer have to do the legwork just to push items down the pipeline.
