Exporting data is very easy. The app is also very flexible and easy to use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some features that I was looking for is not available yet. However, they are very open to recommendations. Their support team tries to accommodate what we suggested on their next updates.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I saved a lot of money because I don't have to print as many materials anymore. Quick surveys can also be customized for the attendees.
