What are the best aspects of this product?

I can easily add files and update the app according to my preference. This is extremely useful as we are able to cut down the documents we print whenever we are at a meeting. It's also great how it's easy to use that even attendees who are not tech-savvy can easily use it. As a result, most of them voted to continue using the app moving forward. Their support team is also good as they are very hands-on when it comes to our needs and inquiries.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The importing templates are not intuitive. I'd also love it if we can set-up groups in the attendee lists so we can send targeted alerts to them.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Since we can upload documents, we were able to cut down on our paperwork. Attendees can easily download what they need too, so they can't forget a file anymore.
