What are the best aspects of this product?

You can easily customize and make changes to the app. It gives you a good user experience as everything happens in real-time so you don't have to wait. They also have templates that I can utilize for my events.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Their multisession codes need improvement. Since attendees are assigned a code with many numbers, it can be hard to find a specific attendee in a group meeting.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The conversion of data became easier. I can easily input it in excel. Afterward, I can upload it in the app so other members of the team can access it and make changes. The changes can then be easily re-uploaded to EventMobi.
