Easy to use with a great support team. It has a live chat option that you can use when you need immediate help. It is also updated yearly so you can expect great improvements with the app.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing I dislike except It'd be great if you could be the admin of the app instead of logging in in the browser first.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can upload files and updates in real-time. This makes it very convenient for us as we don't have to panic anymore when there are missing materials. The gamification feature also makes the app very interactive.
